Programme
Two year (full time) Post graduate
diploma programme in Management is duly approved by
AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India The course
consists of 6 terms with free foreign education tour.
The programme has been developed with innovative teaching
methodology ensuring thorough grooming of students in
fundamental concepts in management and concurrently
developing in them business and technology skills for
meeting the challenges of the corporate world. The focus
of the programme is on developing professionalism,imbibing
the spirit of hardwork, to align the budding managers
in tandem with the exponentially dynamic business environment.
The students will also be exposed to all the concepts
of economy, environment, societal, human values and
business ethics. The course offers
dual specializations out of Marketing, HR, IT &
Finance.
The
Course Objectives
- To produce future managers who can become effective
leaders with great potential to take the organization
to top level in today’s competitive world.
- To train students using national & international
examples in order to develop a global mindset so that
they can face the challenges of global competition.
- To enable students practice transferable skills
so that they can understand the social, economic,
political, technological and ecological environment
of modern society and their characteristic values.
- And above all developing entrepreneurship among
the students so that they can analyse problems and
develop solutions on an industry-wide basis.
Dual
Specialisation
The PGDM Programme at Accurate has
the unique distinction of providing the dual specialization
with updated curriculum and well structured teaching
pedagogy for the PGDM participants so as to equip them
to create to the increasing challenges and to enable
them to leverage the emerging opportunities in the corporate
world. The PGDM students are required to indicate the
choice of two area(s) of specialization to be opted
in the second year i.e. at the time of commencement
of the fourth trimester in second year. Twelve elective
courses i.e. six each from the two opted areas of specialization
are to be completed spread over three trimesters in
the second year for Dual specialization.
Eligibility
The eligibility for admission in the
program is a Graduation Degree from any recognized University
with more than 50% marks. Students are required to appear
for one of the four tests as approved by Ministry of
HRD, Govt. of India, i.e. CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA. The students
are required to appear for Group Discussion and Personal
Interview for getting selected for the PGDM program.
The students having work experience in the corporate
world will be given due weightage for their work experience.
Students may apply online to be eligible for admission
in the PGDM Program. However, the students will be required
to submit a valid score card of one of the four examinations
mentioned below:
CAT is conducted by Indian Institute of Management,

How to Apply
The students are required to subit
the online application. Alternatively, the students
may download the Application Form from the website and
send the duly filled in application form to the Admissions
office of Accurate Institute of Management and Technology,
49, Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida(U.P.) along with
the prescribed application fee of Rs. 1150/- in the
form of Demand Draft in the name of "Accurate Institute
of Management and Technology". In case of any confusion

Summer Training
Summer Internship/Training for eight
weeks is an indispensable part of the curriculum to
supplement the learning in the class room. The PGDM
students are required to join a leading corporate house/MNC
to pursue eight weeks summer internship/training to
undertake a summer research project in the month of
May-June to give them the real life exposure of the
corporate world.
The students are required to submit
weekly reporting to their faculty guide and submit the
dissertation/project report after the successful completion
as per the summer project guidelines given to them.
Back on campus, the students are required to submit
a presentation on the summer project report and a viva-voice
before panel of experts will be held
The summer project guide of the concerned
company sends periodic feedback to the Institute. Summer
Internship is an essential pre-requisite for the award
of the PGDM Diploma.
Foreign Educational tour
For international exposure and cross
culture relationship, we take our students to developing
or developed nation around the world. It makes them
familiar with global environment & International
business units & their working. It is a well known
fact that for the first time in the history of mankind
the importance of global citizenship has emerged. Global
exposure is must to work in a multi cultural environment.
It would also provide challenges & dynamics in global
operations of business enterprises.
Laptop
Needless to say, today's management
practitioners must be thorough with the latest technology
and be sensitive to the importance of ethical and human
values. All the students are provided with a laptop
so that they become good techno business managers.
Course Structure
The PGDM course curriculum is spread
over six terms of about three months each. The course
structure is planned with theoretical and practical
aspects of management through a structured curriculum.
The students take on major topics in general management
and other functional areas such as finance, marketing,
Human Resource, and information technology management.
The students are also exposed to qualitative and quantitative

On successful completion of the programme,
a student is awarded a Post- Graduate Diploma in Management(PGDM),
which has the approval of the All India Council for
Technical Education, Ministry of HRD, Government of
India.
