The Accurate Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized its Annual Placement Celebration event ‘Celebrations 2012’ on 2nd and 3rd March, 2012, on its sprawling campus, the scintillating series of events invited stars like Vidya Balan, Kapil Sharma, Dr. Kumar Vishwas, Chetan Bhagat and the famous Aryan band, the event was a grand success.
The high profile event was organized to celebrate Accurate’s third consecutive year of a glittering 100% placement for all its PGDM students in reputed companies across sectors. The event was attended by many eminent personalities and professionals from the corporate world, who contributed to make it a success. The highly successful student placement in 2011-2012 has clearly demonstrated the demand of Accurate post- graduates among the top recruiters in various segments of the economy. The recruiters appreciated the high-level of knowledge and skills, of our students. A majority of our past recruiters held their faith in our students’ abilities and came to recruit in large numbers. The year also saw several new organizations visiting the campus for the first time, and we look forward to fostering long-term relationship with all these organizations. The success of the placement endeavor can be attributed to the outstanding quality of our students as well as the tremendous support provided by the student placement committee, Centre for Corporate Relations, institute administration, academic units, faculty and staff, alumni and other well-wishers.

Amongst positive vibes about economic recovery and increased hiring, Accurate entered its placement season with high expectations in 2011- 2012. Around 200 organizations participated in the campus placement and over 950 jobs have been offered through on-campus and pre-placement offers. The process began in July 2011 with invitation to companies to visit the Institute for pre-placement talks. These talks provided avenues for interaction and familiarization of students with organizations and the work profile offered by them. By December2011, a majority of our students (90%) were already placed.
A small number of the eligible students did not actively participate in the placement process due to their other career choices. The event was also a celebration of the fact that despite the average of only about 23% of management grads who are accepted by industry, in case of Accurate its been a phenomenal 100%.
