Two year (full time) MBA Program Affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. The course consists of 4 semesters. The programme has been developed with innovative teaching methodology ensuring thorough grooming of students in fundamental concepts in management and concurrently developing in them business and technology skills for meeting the challenges of the corporate world. The focus of the programme is on developing professionalism, imbibing the spirit of hardwork, to align the budding managers in tandem with the exponentially dynamic business environment. The students will also be exposed to all the concepts of economy, environment, societal, human values and business ethics. The course offers dual specializations out of Marketing, HR, IT & Finance and IB. Total Intake: 60
The program of study aims at preparing graduates for taking up corporate assignments/entrepreneurial venture or carrying forward their family businesses. MBA is designed with the objective of creating excellence in the Business and Social community by training students to be capable professionals equipped with the skills and knowledge of management combined with human values.
Accordingly, the program has a large component of working in real world situations under the careful guidance of mentors.
WE FOLLOW UNIQUE TEACHING LEARNING METHODOLOGY WITH
The faculty members design their lecture delivery schedule with a special focus on incorporating the most relevant content for the budding managers. Lectures are optimally supported by presentations, case studies, management games, business games, business plans, financial modeling, quizzes, workshops, seminars and conferences.
Many international research findings have positively recommended the case study method as an important methodology in management education. The case study method of teaching at Accurate provides our students the analytical orientation to handle the real life scenario with higher degree of comfort. The students participate whole heartedly in all the three processes of development of case studies, analyzing case studies, and solving case studies by applying the concepts and ideas of management.
Projects are compulsory and indispensable part of the curriculum at Accurate. All students are compulsorily required to undertake Research Projects/ Live Projects and prepare the dissertations according to their curriculum. The Summer Internship Project of eight week duration wherein a student is required to undergo practical training in a corporate house or may undertake a research project under the guidance of a faculty member.
The Seminars and workshops on different contemporary themes in accordance with the latest trends at global and the national level at Accurate make it markedly different as they focus on the areas of crucial and strategic importance and focus on providing the students the special edge over their colleagues.
The curriculum revision committee consists of the faculty members, leading academicians from the other reputed and leading institutions and representatives from the corporate world. The committee meets every quarter to review the dynamics of change in the needs of the industry and recommends the necessary changes in the curriculum. Special lectures industrial/academic by various eminent speakers are emphasized at Accurate to provide the latest update directly from the doyens of management.
The two-year full time MBA program consists of four Semester. This is also a dual specialization program where students can choose two specialisation areas from a range of functional areas such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, International Business and operations management. The program is a full time program offered from Greater Noida campus. Students go for industry internship program after the second semester (at the end of first academic year) for about 45 days.
