"Life Skills and Employability Enhancement" Training Program at Accurate Business School

Accurate Business School, under the aegis of Accurate Group of Institutions, organised a training program on "Life Skills and Employability Enhancement" by Mr. Abhishek Shankhwar, Trainer, GTT Foundation, on 28th, 29th and 30th December 2022, for BBA BCA and B. Com (H) students, under the guidance of Dr. Amit Gupta, Director-ABS, and coordination of Ms. Annu Chauhan (Assistant Professor), with the support of faculty members (Mr. Harendra Singh, Mr. Shubham Kumar, Mr. Vipul Garg, Mr. Pawan Yadav, Ms Shahnaz), to help them enhance their employability prospects. During this three-day training program, students got the opportunity to learn market-relevant skills that will maximise their highest potential and make them market-ready.

The training program focused on developing the life skills and employability skills of the students. During the program, students were trained to enhance their life skills such as goal setting, SWOT analysis to achieve their short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals, developing written and verbal communication, body language, time management, stress management, building confidence, developing a positive attitude, self-awareness, active listening skills, conflict resolution, work ethics, group discussions, and interview skills, as well as effectively prioritising their tasks, building relationships, communicating effectively with others, and making a presence on LinkedIn, a professional networking platform, which would be a great start for students to network and connect with potential employers. These skills are essential for success on both the personal and professional fronts and will help students reach their highest potential.

Overall, the Life Skills and Employability Enhancement Training program at Accurate Business School was an excellent opportunity for BBA, BCA, and B.Com (H) students to gain incredibly valuable skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the corporate world and will be well-prepared to take on new challenges and reach their full potential in their future careers.
