Accurate Institute of Management and Technology celebrates the 73rd Constitution Day by organising an event on November 26, 2022, to create awareness and educate students about the Constitution of India, a sacrosanct document that established India as a Sovereign, Socialist, Secular and a Democratic Republic.
The occasion was celebrated with all its solemnity in the presence of Dr. Satish Kumar Matta, Director, PGDM; Dr. Sunil Mishra, Director; Dr. S. L. Rajput, HOD; Mr. Prabhat Tiwari, HOD; and Mr. R. K.Tiwari, Mr. Faiz Siddiqui, Mr. Shubham Kumar Sajan, Mr. Harinder Singh, Ms. Amarjit Kaur and Ms. Annu Chauhan to name a few, to commemorate the adoption of the constitution of India, also known as "Samvidhan Divas" or "Law Day." The constitution was adopted on November 26, 1949 and came into effect on January 26, 1950. It is celebrated as Republic Day every year in India.
The program started with a pledge to the preamble taken by all the proud citizens of India attended the event, followed by an address by Dr. Matta to the students, who apprised them of the history and significance of the constitution and the Principles of Democracy, Justice, Liberty, and Fraternity, as well as the three pillars of the constitution: the legislative, executive, and judiciary. Finally, the National Anthem was sung to mark the epilogue to the session.
The event was exceptionally educational and was celebrated fervently by the students, faculty and other staff members.
