Admission Procedure

The admission to this flagship program is purely based on merit and skills. The candidate is required to appear in any of the entrance exams as : CAT MAT XAT ATMA GMAT OR CMAT (ANY ONE IS MANDATOTY)

The candidate should have scored min 50 % in Graduation or Bachelors Degree with min 3 years of duration. Any aspirant belonging to reserved category needs a min score of 45% in qualifying examination.

Once the candidate has qualified the entrance exam, he/she is required to fill in the application form and apply his candidature for PGDM. Successfully submitted application forms are scrutinized and the candidate is called / informed about the next date for written test/aptitude test.

The aptitude test is compulsory for all the aspirants for this program as PGDM requires the candidate to be upgraded in all the fields. The test is divided into different sections of Reading skills, writing skills, English Vocabulary, Logical thinking, Reasoning and quantitative questions. The test also includes question on current affairs and 1 case study question is given o the candidate. The result of the aptitude test decides the eligibility to the next and final round, which is the Final Selection Interview Round. Here the candidate is questioned regarding his future prospects, his thinking about management education, his goals and objectives and he is tested on different situational questions.

Once the candidate clears the above, the remarks and results are compiled and thus, the selection is declared or as the case may be.

The selection of the candidate will be based on the overall rank computed based on the following components with weightage :

• Score in common enterance test: 35 to 60 %
• Score for academic performance: 5 to 25 %
• Interview: 20 to 45%
• Extra co curriculat / Academic Diversity: 5 to 20%

The detailed scholarship form is studied by our team and thus the scholarship is announced to the student. Please note, NO SCHOLARSHIP IS VALID, IF THE SAME IS NOT ON INSTITUTIONS LETTER HEAD AS DULY SIGNED BY THE DIRECTOR OF THE INSTITUTION.

Education Loan facility is also available in the institution. The complete documentation is provided to the candidate on request.

Once the result is announced, the applicant needs to complete his registration process by submission of Rs. 30,000 in the Accounts department of the Institution and collect the receipt as confirmation. Once completed this payment procedure, the candidate must collect his / her admission letter from his/her counselor. Please check the admission letter is duly signed by the admission head.

On completion of the registration process, the student is required to complete all other admission formalities as mentioned in the admission letter as per the dates mentioned.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:

• Please ensure complete and correct form is filled with no over writing.
• Once submitted the form, it can not be withdrawn for changes.
• The candidate needs to self attest all the documents while submitting at the time of submitting the application form. Any information provided which turns out to be false or incorrect, the candidate will be responsible. Such an error may lead to cancellation of admission.
• The Scholarship once declared will not be re considered under any circumstances.
• Incase of delay in fee payment, late fee will be charged at Rs.50 per day for initial 10 days followed by Rs. 100 from the 11th day.
• If cancelled, no other chance for admission will be given.
• If the aspirant misses out the last date, he/she needs to again apply and follow the complete procedure.
• All / any cancellation is as per AICTE Norms.
