4.Laissez-Faire Leadership Style:

6.Servant Leadership Style:

Servant leadership puts the leader in the service of their team, concentrating on their development, progress, and wellbeing. With this leadership approach, the needs of the team are given priority, and the goal is to foster a positive work atmosphere. Serving as a servant leader may encourage teamwork, trust, and a sense of belonging among members of teams in management and engineering settings. Leaders may forge close bonds with their teams and foster a climate of trust and loyalty by prioritizing the needs of the group.

7.Situational Leadership Style:

Situational leadership entails changing one's style of leadership to suit the circumstance and the requirements of the team. This strategy acknowledges that various circumstances call for various leadership practices. Situational leadership may be useful in managing the many demands and problems faced by teams in engineering and management situations. Teams may be successfully led to success by leaders who can analyze the circumstances and adapt their leadership approach as necessary.
