Mr. Gupta shared the problems he faced as a young management grad, and stressed the need to learn how to communicate in English and have a presentable personality. The complete process was explained and video on how success can be achieved was revealed. The significance of the lecture was a case study of how people find it difficult to cope up with failures in life and take drastic measures.

His key focus was on developing Work life Balance through Mind balance & control, Emotional Quotient must be developed in all yet guided to right channels. Meditation exercises were conducted to spread positivity and control negative energy.
Dr. S.K. Dutta, Director General AIMT.. Dr. Dutta combined management with spirituality, citing various aspects of his life experience, along with several stories from Mahabharata. Illustrated the power of motivation through videos, and stressed the importance of hard work and integrity.

Mr. Raman pioneer of b school ratings who started it in business India shared the experience of the rating process and the secrets of becoming a global manager. The importance of being multi lingual and urged the students to learn at least one foreign language also the importance of writing and moving around and visiting various places and interacting with people.
Mr. Pallav Bose Motivational Speaker. Mr. Bose shared the secrets of cracking the GD and interview and the importance of English communication and reading paper or using the NDTV app for being constantly in touch with the environment. Shared his experiences at st.stephens and blessed the new batch.
