the student with his rich experience about self-motivation leading to
self-confidence and also threw light on how value system helps in getting Motivated
and become confident.
Responsibilities of a Manager, Entrepreneur and Leader by Col. Tej K Tikoo

Seminar on Corporate Expectations by Mr. Pankaj Mehrotra

Mr. Pankaj Mehrotra, President Sales, Ceasefire Industries Ltd. highlighted
the difference between the expectation of an employee from the company and company
from an employee. Explained all the traits and skills which are expected by a
company from its employee in addition he tried to correlate it also. He finally
concluded how positive attitude can imbibe leadership qualities and take him / her
to heights.
Role of discipline in life by Wg. Cdr. G. S. Nehra
Date: 22-Aug-2017Wg. Cdr. G. S. Nehra, Motivational Speaker. He enlightened students with importance of self esteem and role of discipline in life. He discussed examples of various cases how people achieved success through discipline in their life and at workplace.He focused how new managers can work in difficult areas and still can achieve success through improved attitude.

Mr. G.P. Rao - Enriched the students about employability amongst students.

Mr. G.P Rao enriched the students about employability amongst students. He
talked about the expectation of the companies namely Contentional Sensitivity, (A
blend of theory practice and learning), commercial Acumen all the resource used to
the optimum creative learning (learn, smart manner) collaboration (blend with each
other). He updated student with the tips of getting employed with help of these term
of traffic light - Stop, ready & Go.
Mr. S. Mohan - Right attitude will set the attitudes.
Date: 23-Aug-2017Mr. S. Mohan described his rich experience and his valuable view with help of beautiful narrative stories. Firstly, he advised the student to have right responses at the right time i.e. adoptability to situations, secondly, he narrated a story depicting how a irritation or a challenge can be plant to grow in life. Thirdly he emphasized on how transformation of a raw material (student) to finished product (corporate ready talent) can only be possible if efforts are put on right domain knowledge, communication and overall development. Finally he pointed about type of people namely Leaders like a driver, easy goes passengers, inattentive as boot and insisted that a good manager is always the firstly category. He concluded, how right attitude will set the attitudes.
