Police Ki Pathshala on "Women's Safety And Self Defence" at Accurate Institute of Technology, Greater Noida

Accurate Institute of Technology under the aegis of Accurate Group of Institutions organized an awareness workshop "Police ki Pathshala" (an initiative by Greater Noida Police) was conducted by Mr. Abhishek Verma, DCP, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar on "Women's Safety And Self Defence" in association with Amar Ujala, for the students and faculty members of the institute, at Engineering Block, Seminar Hall, on Wednesday, October 19th, 2022.

Dr. Sunil Mishra: Director, Dr. Pradeep Sharma: Director-Pharmacy, Dr. Amit Gupta: Principal (ABS), Mr. Prabhat Tiwari: HOD-MCA, and Mr. Alok Singh: Head Admissions, welcomed and presented the bouquet to the Chief Guest Mr. Abhishek Verma-DCP, Mr. Manoj Kumar, Bureau Chief, and Mr. Sandeep Verma-Sr. Reporter, Amar Ujala.

Program host Ms. Annu Chauhan (Faculty), invited Mr. Abhisek Verma to the podium to address the audience on "Women's Safety and Self-Defence". Mr. Verma cautioned students about the use of social media platforms, making unknown friends, photo sharing, and video chatting with unknown people, and advised them to make friends in real life, who will be with them for a lifetime. He discussed the importance of self-defence, the only weapon to protect yourself from miscreants, and asked them to always share their location with the family while on the go. He also encouraged students to prepare for the civil service exam to serve the nation.

Students were very excited and asked many questions related to cyber crime, crime against women, self-defence, and the UPSC exam. Mr. Verma answered all the queries and gave tips to qualify for the civil services exam. - Accurate Group of Institutions
