PGDM Students Industrial Visit

The Department of Management at Accurate Institute of Management and Technology organised an industrial visit for the students of Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDM), batch 2022-24, on September 16th, 2022, at 3 Pillar Global, a software development and innovation company in Noida, as part of our experiential learning and providing industry experience to the students.

The visit was arranged under the guidance of Dr. Satish Kumar Matta, Director (PGDM), and Dr. Vivek Kumar and coordinated by Ms. Madhu, team member. The main goal of the visit was to provide hands-on experience and practical training in the latest technology and software to the students.

The session started with a warm welcome and introduction of the company accorded by the senior executives of the company and further extended with a presentation about 3 Pillar Global. They introduced our students to the latest technologies and technical knowhow involved in performing digital tasks.

The students posed many queries regarding the processes followed by the company, and company executives answered them to the students' satisfaction. They also shared the career prospects and skill sets required for hiring the right candidate for their organisation.

I thoroughly enjoyed the visit, as we got to learn so many new things, and when the start of my professional career is like this, I think I am at the right institute.
