Accurate Group of Institutions had organized an Industrial visit for MBA 2017-19 Batch on 25th August 2017 to Anmol Industries, Greater Noida. Dr. Vivek Srivastava and Professor Pratibha Goswami were the coordinators for this whole industrial visit. The Visit was undertaken under the guidance of Mr. B.S. Sharma (Management Anmol Industries).
The main objective behind the visit was to make student aware of how various activities related to Marketing, Finance and Human Resources are carried out in the company. Since, the company visited was technically a production unit, the students got a chance to see how various activities from raw material availability to final product with packaging are continuing in a typical production plant.
As soon as our students visited the company’s premise Mr. B.S. Sharma along with production team colleagues who detailed students how production is carried out in company and how company meet its daily customer demands.
The visit almost took 1.5 Hours to see complete set of production unit which was followed by questions of students answered by Quality Manager, Mr. Manish, in an appropriate manner with full details.
It is rightly said that “See and Know” is better than “read and learn”. Students have got real feel of company’s working after their visit. They got a chance to transfer their theoretical knowledge to practical implication. This will definitely give students to understand subject matter completely.
