Guest Lecture for PGDM Students on �Security Market & Financial Derivatives�

Management Department at Accurate Institute of Management and Technology organised a guest lecture on "Security Markets and Financial Derivatives" from Basics to Advanced Level by Mr. Deepak Khurana, Sr. Vice President, Anand Rathi Ltd. on Saturday, October 15th, 2022, from 11 a.m. onwards at the Management Block G2 Hall, for the PGDM 1st & 2nd year students. The session was conducted by the direction of Mr. Satish Verma, Head-Training & Placements and Dr. Satish Kumar Matta, Director-PGDM, wherein students learnt about market derivatives and the fundamentals of security markets.

Mr.Deepak Khurana, an alumnus of Delhi University with over 27 years of experience in research and derivatives instruments with companies like Religare, Motilal Oswal, and Anand Rathi, provided the in-depth knowledge on how to approach the market, analyse and read the charts. He also discussed the tools and techniques used by the analysts for the market predictions. Furthermore, students were advised to invest from an early age through safe approaches like the mutual fund (SIP) method, but with due diligence. It was really an interesting and educational session for all of us and helped us learn about the stock market and financial derivatives, as well as the risks involved with them.
