Workshop on Nurturing Winning Habits for PGDM & MBA students

Accurate Institute of Management and Technology organized a special two hour �Workshop� session, on topic �Nurturing Winning Habits�, for the PGDM and MBA students, respective sitting batches, on Tuesday, 28th December 2022, at the Seminar Hall, Management Block, Greater Noida.

On this occasion, the honourable guest speaker, Dr. Alokesh Banerjee, a master guru, in the area of Human Resource Management, with great background experience, across segments, public and private sectors, having worked with NTPC, in the past, has tremendously presented his oratory and sessions related to the dynamism of career goals to students and employees of organizations as an earmarked �Motivational Speaker."

According to Dr. Banerjee, to reach a definite career goal, a person should have a "hard core" of confidence, backed by a "non-rudderless" power, to safeguard the career strands, especially in the given 21st century competitive environment. The "Workshop," rich with explanations of clarity and supported by live examples, from the likes of past personalities of world history, science and technology, human behavior, and leadership, among others, to focusing upon the benefits of the basic traits required to be successful in the industry, has made it imperative for all to visualize self-growth in tandem with the existing environment.

In a nutshell, Dr. Alokesh Banerjee brought out the realities and weaknesses that exist among us in order to visualise and garner all avenues required for future growth across spectrums.

The students and faculty members attended the workshop, appreciated the efforts of Dr. Banerjee and, as admitted by the speaker, became conscious that inputs for the growth matrix could also be effectively gained from the famous motivational treatise "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People," authored by Stephen Covey. - Accurate Group of Institutions
