What are Smart Goals

One very effective technique is to formulate SMART goals. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timed.

Specific: What exactly do you want to achieve?

Measurable: How will you know when you've achieved it?

Achievable: Is this goal based on your skillset and abilities?

Realistic: Can you realistically achieve this goal within the given time frame?

Timed: When by, do you want to have achieved this goal?

Everyone has goals and aspirations, and it's important to set them in a way that they can be easily achieved. One technique for setting smart goals is to divide them into three sets:
