The Department of Computer Science and Engineering was founded in 2006. The Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) program in Computer Science and Engineering, offered by the Department, with an intake of 240 students, is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. The courses in the program enable students to build their character. The objective of the program is to build well human with strong character and responsible to the society. The backbone of the department is a team of well qualified, experienced and committed faculty member who contribute to the development of academic expertise and interpersonal skills of the students We offer a lot of flexibility in specializations which promote design, innovations and entrepreneurial skills, and are supported by highly experienced and research oriented faculty.

Microsoft Cloud Competency Center, Industry collaborations with NASSCOM, Microsoft ed-vantage Programme to provide better employability to the students by providing them opportunity to apply the acquired skills independently, professionally and safely in real industrial environment in campus itself. Collaboration with Spoken Tutorial ,NPTEL, Virtual labs to provide students with latest technology and skills.

ARICENT EMPLOYABILITY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMME 2021

CSE/IT department is collaborated with NASSCOM to create greater employability opportunities for students. This is an On-Campus model and the students would be taught the QP aligned curriculum of "Software Developer QP501".

At the end of the training, candidates will be assessed and certified on the NSDC - SSC NASSCOM Qualification Parameters (QP). Students successfully completing the course and assessments are finally linked to suitable employment opportunities through placement drives and job fairs.

The programme will cover specialized areas such as JAVA, Testing and Software Development, etc. enabling the students to find employment across the IT-BPM industry.

Along with the technical skills, the students will also be trained in essential soft skills like oral and written communication, business etiquettes, problem solving, time management, customer orientation, interview skills etc. required to enhance their employment opportunities

1. Vishesh, session 2016-20, has started her own business (Brahmashirsha Labs Pvt Ltd. E-7,Sector-2, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201 301). Which develops, designs, manufactures and markets our product. They have put in years of research and development and continue to do so to generate complex yet simple, high quality and reliable technology.

2. Ashi Bajpai, session 2016-20, has started her online event management (Grab the Move). A Dreamer... an Observer...A Dancer Owner of GRAB Dance Studio.

3. Anuj Sharma, session 2017-21, has started his real estate joint venture.
